5+ years of electrical estimating experience with a commercial or industrial electrical contractor
Strong understanding of electrical systems, means and methods, and field operations
Experience with negotiated work, design‑assist, or preconstruction services strongly preferred

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work directly with leadership and operations teams
Stable work history and interest in long‑term career growth

Decades‑established contractor with a proven reputation in the Houston market
