Solution Architect

Boston, MA, USA (hybrid) Full-time 8+ years $150,000–185,000 gross

We are hiring a Solution Architect to lead technical design across client engagements — cloud architecture, integration strategy, modernization roadmaps, and AI delivery guardrails.

• Own solution architecture for multiple client engagements, from discovery to delivery.
• Design cloud-native systems on AWS/Azure, integration landscapes, and data flows.
• Lead technical audits and produce actionable modernization roadmaps.
• Advise on AI system architecture: RAG pipelines, model integration, governance controls.
• Support pre-sales with estimations, technical proposals, and architecture reviews.

• Deep hands-on background in software engineering and distributed systems.
• Proven experience designing and shipping cloud-native architectures.
• Ability to communicate architecture clearly to executives and engineers alike.
• Comfort operating across several concurrent engagements.

• Familiarity with regulated domains (healthcare, fintech, legal).
• Public technical leadership: talks, writing, or open-source contributions.
