Finance Manager

Antwerpen Automotive is seeking an experienced Finance Manager with a proven track record to join our team in Baltimore, MD. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing financial operations and driving the company’s financial strategy.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the company’s financial planning and budgeting processes.

Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.

Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability.

Manage accounting functions, including audits, tax filings, and month-end closing.

Requirements

Previous Auto Sales Experience is Required

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial leadership role.

Previous F & I Experience is a PLUS

Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial analysis.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
