About the Role:

Unique Appliances 2 LLC is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team in San Bernardino, CA! This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic retail environment where you'll help customers find the perfect appliances for their homes. Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers on the sales floor, providing product information and recommendations

Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom floor

Restock and manage inventory, ensuring products are properly displayed and labeled

Answer customer inquiries in person, by phone, and via other communication channels

Support the team in meeting and exceeding daily and monthly sales goals

Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints with professionalism and care

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred

Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs when needed

Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude

Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and card transactions

Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
