As a Management Trainee at MHC, you'll be immersed in a comprehensive 7-month rotational program designed to equip you with the experience, knowledge, and guidance necessary to excel in a management role. This isn't your typical entry-level role – you'll have the chance to work alongside seasoned team members, engage in innovative projects, and gain exposure to all facets of our business operations, including Parts, Service, Leasing, Management, and more!

What We're Looking For

Driven self-starters with a passion for critical thinking and a desire to grow within our company.

Flexible people who thrive in dynamic environments and can navigate obstacles with a positive attitude.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Sales, Agriculture, or a related field.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.

MHC is an expansion of the original company, Ozark Kenworth, Inc. Ozark Kenworth started in Springfield, Missouri, in January 1975.
