HotFoot Recruiters is excited to partner with a construction and engineering services company to fill the position of Bilingual Safety / EHS Specialist. This role will support environmental, health, and safety programs, working closely with site teams to assist with safety compliance and day-to-day safety initiatives.
Title: Bilingual EHS Specialist
Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Location: On-site - North Phoenix
Pay Range: $30-$35/hr
Responsibilities
Support environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs across active job sites.
Assist with safety compliance efforts, including documentation and recordkeeping.
Participate in site safety inspections and hazard identification activities.
Support safety training sessions, orientations, and toolbox talks.
Assist with tracking safety incidents, corrective actions, and follow-up items.
Maintain safety documentation, logs, and reports
Serve as a bilingual point of contact for safety-related communication with site teams.
Support site safety initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English (required).
Previous experience supporting safety, EHS, or compliance functions is preferred.
OSHA 510 or OSHA 30 certification required.
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Ability to communicate clearly with field and management teams.
Comfortable working fully on-site in construction or engineering environments.
