Job Title: Quality Control Manager (QCM)

Job Type: FTE (Full time employee)

Duration: 3-4 months

Start Date: ASAP

Work Hours: ~40 hours/week

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control (QC) professional to support a roofing project at Jacksonville. The QC Manager will ensure all roofing work complies with project specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily quality inspections of roofing work

Ensure compliance with contract documents, specs, and safety requirements

Document inspections, deficiencies, and corrective actions

Coordinate with site superintendent, subcontractors, and project management

Review submittals, inspections, and closeout documentation

Support government inspections and reporting requirements

Required Qualifications:

Proven roofing experience (commercial or industrial)

CQM-C Certification is required.

Prior QC or quality inspection experience

Strong documentation and reporting skills\li>

Experience on government, military, or federal projects preferred
