Systems Integration/Test Engineer

Electrical Integration EngineerPlanIt Group is seeking an Electrical Integration Engineer in Grand Prairie, TX who will be supporting hardware and software integration for the Client-3 Missile. This is a contract to hire role. You must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance. The candidate will be involved in the verification and validation for new test sets as well as actively involved in missile testing throughout the life of the product. The candidate must have knowledge of electrical engineering in the areas of digital, analog, radio frequency circuit designs or electronic components. Candidate will participate in the following activities:Support Client-3 Missile Sustainment activities relative to the processing, testing and troubleshooting of the Client-3 missiles, including the dispositioning of Material Review Board (MRB) activity in the Quality documentation (QNOTE and SNOTE) non-conformance systems.Support Failure investigations and resolution of hardware, software and test equipment anomalies that have occurred during system and subsystem testing.Provide engineering evaluations of redesigns or upgrades to the existing missileTravel to and support flight test events.Required Experience:Bachelor's degree or higher Electrical Engineering or Computer engineeringMinimum of 6-8 years experience in Systems IntegrationMinimum of 1 year of experience with common lab equipment: DMM, Oscilloscopes, Power SuppliesMinimum of 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWork well in a team environmentDesired Skills:Able to read wiring schematics and hardware drawingsFamiliar with uncommon lab equipment: milliohm meter, igniter tester, spectrum analyzersFoundational knowledge of troubleshooting analog and digital electronicsSafety Shoes will be required for this position.
