Providing management for various technical functional areas, the full-time remote Technology Senior Manager will oversee operations, drive continuous improvement, and engage in strategic planning to enhance technology solutions across the enterprise.
Key responsibilities
Direct daily, quarterly, and annual planning for technology functions, ensuring cohesive implementation and proper functioning
Identify and mitigate operational and strategic risks while engaging in proactive issue identification and problem-solving
Coordinate training for departmental staff to ensure appropriate skill sets and knowledge are maintained
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years of management experience with responsibilities for hiring, training, and performance management
In-depth knowledge of primary technology areas, including software engineering and information security
Strong demonstrated people skills and technical visionary abilities
Experience managing multiple technology functions is preferred
