Then we connect you with the client opportunity that fits best.We are currently recruiting for the following disciplines:Solutions Architects (Cloud, Enterprise, Application, Integration)Technical Project ManagersTechnical Program ManagersBusiness Systems Analysts (BSA)ERP Consultants & Analysts (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics)ERP Project Managers & Implementation LeadsSystems Integration SpecialistsWhat You'll Do (Core Responsibilities)While specific duties vary by discipline, domain, and client environment, the core expectations are universal:Solution Design & Architecture: Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective technical solutions.Project Delivery: Lead or support end-to-end delivery of technical projects from discovery and scoping through implementation and handoff.Stakeholder Management: Serve as the bridge between business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors to align goals and expectations.Systems Analysis: Evaluate existing systems, identify gaps, and recommend improvements or new solutions.ERP & Business Systems: Support configuration, integration, migration, and optimization of enterprise platforms.Documentation & Governance: Maintain clear technical and functional documentation, and ensure compliance with internal standards and best practices.Continuous Improvement: Stay current with emerging technologies, platforms, and methodologies and apply them where they add value.Who You Are (Requirements)Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in solutions architecture, technical project management, business systems analysis, or ERP implementation. All levels welcome from mid-level to principal and director-level professionals.Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), enterprise systems, integration patterns, and modern software delivery practices.ERP Expertise: Hands-on experience with at least one major ERP platform (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) for ERP-focused roles.Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred or equivalent practical experience.Soft Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.Why Work With Us?
