Job Description
Position: Technology Architect – Java/J2EE/Angular JS
Duration: Full Time / Permanent
Location: Milpitas, CA
Key Responsibilities
Hands‑on Technology Architecture with Java, J2EE, WebServices, JSON REST API, Spring Boot, Elastic Search, Angular JS, Integration & Messaging (ESB), ORM, RDBMS, MongoDB, BRM, Application Servers (Tomcat), ELK
Deliver using Agile methodology, DevOps best practices and continuous delivery pipelines (Git/Jenkins, ELK)
Apply QA practices with unit test case design
Define and drive new architectures, providing architectural stand‑point for independent projects
Mentor and lead staff and internal consulting teams, author thought‑leadership white papers
Collaborate in a management‑consulting environment with regular travel
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution (or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education)
At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology
At least 6 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks
At least 5 years of experience in project execution and driving project success from an architectural standpoint
Proficiency in DevOps, continuous delivery, Git/Jenkins, ELK
Strong analytical skills
