Concessions Supervisor

Union Square Events is hiring immediately for a part time CONCESSIONS SUPERVISOR position. Location: Shake Shack at Lenovo Center - 1400 Edwards Mill Road, Raleigh, NC 27607. Note: online applications accepted only. Schedule: Part time; days and hours may vary. Weekend and evening availability is required. More details upon interview. Requirement: Previous food service experience is required. Fixed Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour.

Manages the operations of concession stands and performs a variety of concessions duties while providing a pleasant guest experience. Essential duties and responsibilities include managing the operations of multiple concession stands, while assisting team members and maintaining a safe environment throughout operating hours. Greets, directs, and responds to guest's questions and needs. Understands menu offerings, presentation and pricing. Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment. Follows cash handling policies and food safety/sanitation guidelines. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum of one year leadership experience.
