Job Description This role performs installs, moves, adds, changes, problem determination, maintenance and repairs for the zTPF operating system, zTPF/DF, and related ISV vendor products. 24x7 pager support (rotate across entire team) is required. Weekend hours are also required to support scheduled change implementations. Required: at least 5 years experience in apply system fixes, at least 5 years experience in apply problem solving techniques, at least 5 years experience in maintain IT services, English: fluent. Preferred: at least 10 years experience in apply system fixes, at least 10 years experience in apply problem solving techniques, at least 10 years experience in maintain IT services.
