Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Warehouse Supervisor role located in Bell, CA. The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products in a safe and efficient manner. Responsibilities include assigning and monitoring work, guiding warehouse team members, and ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards. The role also manages inventory accuracy, coordinates material handling and equipment usage, and supports continuous improvement of warehouse processes. The Warehouse Supervisor collaborates with operations, logistics, and customer service teams to meet service level expectations and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills, team leadership, and the ability to train, coach, and evaluate warehouse staff.
  • Experience with Shipping & Receiving and Material Handling in a high-volume warehouse environment.
  • Knowledge of Inventory Control, cycle counting, and maintaining accurate stock records.
  • Proficiency in Forklift Operation and safe use of other warehouse equipment (certification preferred).
  • Understanding of warehouse safety practices, OSHA guidelines, and best practices for a clean, safe work environment.
  • Ability to use warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer applications for reporting and documentation.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in warehouse supervision or lead roles strongly preferred.
