Overview

Regional Controller role based in Nashville, TN. The position leads the accounting team and oversees all accounting functions, including AP/AR, month- and year-end close, and the preparation of financial reports for senior leadership and cross-functional operations.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the accounting team and oversee AP/AR, month- and year-end close, and financial reporting.

Reconcile bank and credit card accounts; manage cash, purchasing, billing, and forecasting processes.

Prepare financial reports and present findings and recommendations to the Regional VP, CFO, and Corporate Controller.

Conduct monthly trial balance reviews and variance analysis.

Support company M&A integration as needed.

Travel to other branches monthly, typically for a day trip.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.

6 - 10+ years of experience in full-cycle accounting.

Proficient with month- and year-end close.

Nice to have

Management/leadership experience.

Experience conducting employee reviews and/or participating in hiring or firing.

Accounting background within food/beverage industry.

Inventory management experience.

Compensation

Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr.

Annual bonus: 15% of base salary.

Title: Regional Controller. Job Type: Permanent. Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 (depending on experience) + 15% bonus.
