The ideal candidate has a proven track record of working in construction and/or transportation. They thrive in a fast-paced and a team-oriented environment. They get excited about construction projects as well as completing assignments on time. An individual who will do well in this position is self-oriented, organized, a great communicator, and approachable. Comfortable working within a team environment at the project site.

• Administration of payment procedures
• Administration of back-charges and resolution of claims
• Interface with Business Services for invoice and document management resolution
• Interface with Seller/Subcontractors regarding proper documentation backup, contract procedures, and work under the direction of Project Controller(s)/Contracts Manager
• Oversee sub-contractors.
• Track material costs and quantities entering project sites
• Create reports based on monthly material costs and inventory
• Other duties as assigned
