Come join our team!Zantech is looking for a talented Senior Technology Solutions Architect to contribute to the success of our upcoming Program Management and Cyber Support Services project for an Onsite role based out of Arlington, VA.The Senior Technology Solutions Architect will play a crucial role in providing:Technology supportTechnology strategy and innovationBusiness process analysis and optimizationAI/ML integration and automationDashboard and data visualization developmentCollaboration platform management (classified and unclassified)The Senior Technology Solutions Architect serves as the lead for technology modernization and innovation efforts, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of cybersecurity technology and operates with maximum efficiency and effectiveness. This position is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the digital infrastructure while integrating advanced technologies including artificial intelligence, data visualization tools, and collaboration platforms.Impact: Directly enables operational efficiency and effectiveness through technology modernization, process automation, and integration of cutting-edge capabilities.Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:Support enhancement of technical capabilities ensuring the organization remains at forefront of cybersecurity innovationSupport design, development, and maintenance of digital infrastructureEnsure infrastructure meets needs of both internal staff and external stakeholdersEnable the project to operate more efficiently and effectively through integration of advanced technologiesConduct business process analysis to identify areas where technology can improve operational workflowsAssess current technology environment and identify bottlenecksPropose solutions that leverage modern tools and platformsRecommend adoption of AI-driven tools to automate routine tasks such as data analysis, incident triage, and reportingIntegrate advanced technologies including artificial intelligence, data visualization tools, and collaboration platformsSupport development of dashboards and visual tools providing real-time visibility into operationsEnable leadership and stakeholders to monitor key performance indicatorsCreate tools to track progress of cybersecurity initiativesDesign and configure secure environments for piloting new technological solutionsManage and maintain collaboration platforms including Microsoft Teams, Slack, and SharePointEnsure platforms are optimized for both Classified and Unclassified communicationsIdentify new tools and platforms that can enhance the missionProvide recommendations based on emerging trends and technologies in cybersecurity domainRequired Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions:Experience designing and implementing enterprise technology solutionsExperience with business process analysis and workflow optimizationExperience integrating collaboration platforms in government environmentsExperience with both classified and unclassified system architecturesSkills Required:Understanding of operational and technical requirementsKnowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning applications for cybersecurity operationsProficiency with collaboration platforms including Microsoft Teams, Slack, and SharePointExperience with data visualization and dashboard development toolsUnderstanding of federal security requirements including DHS Management Directive 4300 series, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) systems, and National Security Systems requirementsAbility to conduct business process analysis and identify technology solutionsStrong understanding of cybersecurity technologies and operational environmentsRequired Education/Certifications:Education Required: None specifiedEducation Preferred:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Systems Engineering, or related fieldCertifications Required: None specifiedCertifications Preferred:TOGAF or Federal Enterprise Architecture certificationAWS/Azure/GCP Solutions Architect certificationCertified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)ITIL v4 Foundation or higherRequired Security Clearance:US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret or higher clearance, per contract requirements."Outstanding Performance…Always!"
