Role Description The Project Manager at Anatesco Inc. is a full-time, on-site role based in Bakersfield, CA. This role oversees planning, execution, and completion of well diagnostics and production optimization projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, managing resources and logistics, tracking project milestones, and communicating progress and risks to internal teams and clients. The Project Manager collaborates with expeditors, inspectors, and field technicians to align testing activities, secure necessary materials and equipment, and resolve operational issues. This role also involves maintaining project documentation, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and contributing to safe, efficient, and compliant operations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate project schedules and manage resources and logistics to meet project milestones.

Track project milestones and communicate progress and risks to internal teams and clients.

Collaborate with expeditors, inspectors, and field technicians to align testing activities and secure materials and equipment.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Contribute to safe, efficient, and compliant operations in alignment with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Project coordination and oversight skills, including project management experience and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Expeditor and expediting skills to ensure timely procurement, delivery, and follow-up on materials, equipment, and services.

Inspection experience to support quality control, verify compliance with standards, and review field testing results.

Logistics management skills to plan and optimize transportation, scheduling, and resource allocation for field operations.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with field teams and clients.

Experience in the oil and gas industry or industrial services environment is highly beneficial.

Demonstrated ability to interpret technical data, prepare reports, and use project management and office software tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
