Construction Manager

Job Description

My client, a large regional builder of 'for sale' housing, is looking for 3 construction managers in the bay area to manage the day to day field operations on multi-family projects. (Sebastopol, San Ramon). The ideal candidate for this position will have similar (5+ years) experience in the SF market.

Responsibilities

Value engineering/conflict resolution.

Subcontractor/vendor Scheduling (Site development/Vertical construction)

Approve all subcontractor/vendor payments

Ensure adherence to quality standards, plans a specifications, providing a safe worksite.

Scheduling all inspections

Deliver 100% complete units on time/on budget

Qualifications

Bachelor's xsgimln degree/equivalent experience with construction management (multifamily)

The ability to read plans, understand construction technique/assemblies

Time management

Strong communication abilities

Leadership experience
