Your Shift, Your Stage: What You’ll Be Rockin’

As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll be the go‑to leader when the GM or AM isn’t on deck. You’ll:

• Guide your team through flavorful, fast-paced shifts

• Keep the vibes high and the guest experience even higher

• Support training and coaching—building up your crew each day

• Help manage inventory, cash, and operations like a pro

• Jump in wherever needed—register, grill, line, prep—you name it

• Keep the place sparkling clean, safe, and running smooth

• Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience = major plus

• A natural leader who thrives in the hustle
