You will be expected to foster high-performing technical teams and collaborate effectively with senior developers, offshore development teams, business owners, and project management.This role focuses on supporting and enhancing high-quality software modules, resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring all technology standards are adhered to throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). The ideal candidate will explore new ideas and contribute innovative solutions to improve system efficiency and results.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and enhance software modules for the product suite.Analyze and resolve software issues originated from internal or external customers.Document specifications, designs, and features prior to production rollout.Execute solution enhancements to improve performance and availability.Mentor other developers and collaborate with UI/UX and product teams.Integrate AI/ML models into existing software systems and workflows.Requirements & QualificationsEducation: BS degree in Computer Science or a technically related discipline.Experience: 5+ years of relevant industry experience.Hadoop Ecosystem: 5+ years with Spark, PySpark, MapReduce, Hive, and Impala.Frameworks: 5+ years with JEE (Spring Boot, Struts, Hibernate).Databases: 5+ years with RDBMS (MS SQL Server preferred, Oracle, PostgresSQL, or MySQL).Programming: Proficiency in Java, Python, C/C++, or C#.AI/LLM: Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks, APIs, and cloud platforms; proficiency in prompt engineering and optimizing LLM outputs.Modern Tools: Experience with RESTful APIs, Elasticsearch (data modeling/querying), and OpenShift/Kubernetes.Methodology: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile Scrum techniques.
