Construction Superintendent

ServiceMaster of Seattle is a Disaster Restoration Company serving Washington State and beyond. We mitigate and restore properties damaged by floods, fires, windstorms, freezes, etc. We have been in business since 1984 and are a National Award-winning company based inWoodinvilleWA.We are seeking an energetic Construction Superintendent. The Superintendent is responsible forassistingthe Team with completion of construction-related projects in a professional andtimelymanner.

About the role M eeting with homeowners and business owners to review the project.

Maintaining a budget for each job.

Creating jobschedule, scheduling of subcontractors andordering of materials.

Taking assigned projects to completion based on writtenscope of repairs.

Developing professional relationships and working withsubcontractors.

Responsible for the finished product of thesubcontractors and overall quality of the job.

Updating production files and paperwork andmaintainingdetailed job notes including conversations withcustomerin job management software.

Following written production procedures.

Obtaining permits andmeetingwith building inspectorsand mortgage company inspectors.

Valid Washington Driver’s License/Clean driving record

Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen

Vacation –

90 th Day - 1st year= 1 week (1 week equals five 8-hour days)

2nd- 4th year= 2 weeks

5th- 14th year= 3 weeks

15th year and on= 4 weeks

This position offersan annual rate of 60 – 70k a year, plus uncapped bonuses.
