Behavior Technician– Los Angeles, CA $27 -$28 per hour| School-Based Roles

At Cross Country Education, we offer Behavior Technicians both long-term and day-to-day placements in schools across Los Angeles, allowing you to choose assignments that fit your availability and goals. What You’ll Do:

• Support students with behavioral challenges under BCBA supervision
• Assist with behavior management in school setting
• Implement ABA techniques and behavior support plans
• Track daily data and share progress with staff
• Support personal care needs as needed
• Perform related duties as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma
• 6+ months of experience of implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) or other behavior intervention techniques to school aged children
