Support Engineer

L2 Support Engineer (Redis Sme) Location: Phoenix, AZ (Okay with Remote Onboarding) Required Skills:

Strong RHEL implementation and administration skills Hands-on experience on Linux environments and virtualization/containerized environments and troubleshooting skillset in Linux environments. Experience in open-source Kafka and its components - zookeepers, Kafka connect, Kafka Control Server or ACTIVE MQ

OR

Strong Redis 6/5.4 and CRDB operational knowledge Working knowledge of caching frameworks and distributed caching algorithms

Desirable Experience:

Ansible Proven diagnostic, troubleshooting, and service restoration skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Strong English communication skills with the ability to work with difficult customers in critical outage situations Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
