POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an Archer Operations Support Analyst / Cyber Security Specialist to provide production support, administration, and maintenance of the RSA Archer GRC / Archer IRM platform . The role focuses on platform administration, incident management, user access, reporting, data quality, release support, and GRC operations while working closely with Risk, Compliance, Audit, Security, and IT teams.
• RSA Archer / Archer IRM Administration
Secondary (Good to Have):
• RBAC and user access administration
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Administer and support the RSA Archer GRC platform in production.
Monitor Archer jobs, workflows, integrations, and data feeds.
Manage users, roles, permissions, and RBAC.
Configure platform enhancements according to change-management procedures.
Resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues.
Support releases, patches, upgrades, and validation activities.
Develop and troubleshoot Archer reports, dashboards, and metrics.
Perform data reconciliation, quality checks, and validation.
