Now Hiring: Store Manager — Valabasas (Memphis, TN)
Valabasas is a Memphis-based streetwear brand opening its first retail location this fall. We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the store's launch and oversee day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations, including scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and POS
Recruit, train, and lead the retail sales team
Oversee inventory management, receiving, and loss prevention
Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
Deliver a high standard of customer service and build repeat clientele
Report on sales performance and work directly with ownership on growth initiatives
Qualifications:
3+ years of retail experience, including at least 1 year in a management or keyholder role
Background in fashion, footwear, or streetwear retail preferred
Strong familiarity with the streetwear market and its customer base
Proven ability to lead a team and run store operations independently
Based in the Memphis area
