Your First-Month Target

You’ll be expected to write $50,000+ in Property & Casualty premium in your first month.

(Remote candidates must demonstrate a proven sales track record and be capable of writing $40,000+ in their first month.)

What You’ll Do

Engage warm and cold leads, uncover client needs, and close policies confidently.

Provide consultative coverage recommendations to protect clients’ homes, autos, and more.

Manage follow-ups and renewals with professionalism and urgency.

Collaborate with a winning team that values accountability, results, and culture.

What We’re Looking For

Proven sales experience (insurance or similar performance-driven field)

Texas Property & Casualty License (Required)

Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

Quick thinker with strong communication and closing skills

Office Locations

We are hiring for our Duncanville and Grand Prairie offices.

Remote opportunities are available for high-performing, experienced producers who can prove results.
