Warehouse Associate
Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for a temporary opportunity supporting inventory control, cycle counting, and warehouse operations. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in inventory management, warehouse organization, stock accuracy, and ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and reconcile overages, shortages, and damaged materials.
Maintain accurate product identification, storage locations, and lot tracking.
Support warehouse organization and optimize storage efficiency.
Count, sort, weigh, and verify inventory within cartons, containers, and storage areas.
Process inventory transactions in ERP systems and maintain accurate records.
Manage parts for production work orders and communicate material shortages.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Assist with additional warehouse and inventory-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous warehouse, inventory control, cycle counting, or stockroom experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and basic math.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Reliable attendance and transportation required.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and climb throughout the workday.
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.
