Position Overview

We are seeking reliable Warehouse Associates to assist in the daily operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidates will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products, ensuring that our inventory management processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming materials and products for quality and accuracy.
  • Organize and store materials in designated areas to maintain an efficient warehouse layout.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular counts and updates.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production and shipping goals.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and processes.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
