Litigation Associate - Dallas

Job Description

HumanHire is partnered with a top national Mid-Size Firm to find a Litigation Associate to join their growing team in Dallas. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-exposure matters involving toxic exposure claims, product liability, premises liability, construction defect, transportation, and general liability defense.

We Offer: Pay: $120-150K Base Salary plus Bonus

Exciting Bonus Structure: Up to $30K in Annual Bonus based on billables

Hybrid Flexibility: 2 days remote weekly

Responsibilities: Manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and legal memoranda

Conduct and defend depositions, including party, witness, and expert depositions

Handle court appearances, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations

Analyze medical, scientific, and technical records related to toxic exposure claims

Collaborate with clients, experts, insurers, and senior attorneys to develop litigation strategy

Prepare cases for trial, including witness preparation, exhibit management, and motion practice

Qualifications: 1+ years of Litigation Attorney experience

Defense experience required (Civil Litigation preferred)

Active Texas Bar Admission
