Design Coordinator

• Assist in developing interior selection packages, including flooring, cabinetry, countertops, tile, plumbing, lighting, hardware, color palettes, and décor concepts


• Maintain knowledge of products, option offerings, design standards, and selection programs across all divisions


• Research and coordinate resolution of selection-related issues


• Create design presentations and supporting documentation for internal teams


• Manage and maintain the Model Home Selections Intake process


• Improve selection packages, templates, and reference materials


• Organize and maintain project schedules, records, and design documentation


• Support model home installations and travel as needed to ensure execution aligns with approved design intent

Requirements

• College degree in Interior Design or another design-related field required


• 0-1 years of experience in a related field preferred


• Experience with space planning software (AutoCAD, Chief Architect, Bluebeam or similar)


• Experience in Bluebeam is a plus


• Ability to create a cohesive interior design concept and carry it from concept to presentation


• Strong understanding of foundational design elements


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Comfortable presenting design concepts, offering informed feedback, and participating in cross functional team meetings
