Job Description

Warehouse AssociateThe Warehouse Associate performs general labor and logistics activities in a fast-paced warehouse environment supporting a major aviation account. This role focuses on accurately handling high-value aerospace parts, including pulling, packing, and processing incoming and outgoing shipments, while maintaining precise inventory control and cycle counts.ResponsibilitiesPerform general warehouse labor in a fast-paced environment, supporting aviation-related logistics operations.Pull aviation and airport parts based on specific part numbers with a high degree of accuracy.Wrap and package high-value aerospace products using appropriate techniques and adhesives to ensure safe transport and prevent damage.Complete picking, packing, loading, and unloading tasks for incoming and outgoing shipments.Conduct regular and accurate cycle counts to maintain inventory integrity.Process all inbound and outbound shipments accurately and in a timely manner.Use the RamCo system and other warehouse management tools to track inventory and orders.Perform order picking and inventory tasks in alignment with aviation logistics standards.Collaborate with a large warehouse team to meet daily productivity and quality goals.Follow all safety procedures and handling guidelines for high-value aviation parts.Essential Skills1–2 years of recent logistics experience within an aviation company.Direct experience working in aviation logistics (aviation experience is required).Hands-on warehouse experience with picking, packing, loading, unloading, and general labor.Proficiency with inventory management activities, including cycle counts and order picking.Ability to accurately interpret aviation and airport part numbers when pulling orders.Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS), including tools such as SAP.Ability to use the RamCo system for inventory and order processing.Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling high-value aerospace parts.Comfort working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with shifting priorities.Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively within a large shift-based team.Additional Skills & QualificationsBackground in aerospace logistics is strongly preferred.Previous experience with major aviation or aerospace organizations such as Airbus, Gulfstream, Pratt, Bombardier, or Frontier is ideal.Experience performing cycle counts and inventory control in a warehouse setting.Familiarity with general warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and order fulfillment.Ability to adapt to different shifts and schedules as needed.Interest in long-term growth and advancement within a rapidly expanding aviation logistics operation.Why Work Here?Employees join a growing logistics operation with significant projected expansion, creating strong opportunities for advancement and internal promotion. You will work as part of a large team of approximately 50–100 people per shift. Multiple shifts are available, including 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m., and 10:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m., with schedules that may include Sunday through Thursday or Wednesday through Saturday, and potential Thursday through Sunday shifts with the same hours. Typical dress is casual and practical for warehouse work, such as shorts, t-shirts, and tennis shoes, suitable for an active, hands-on environment using warehouse management systems and material-handling equipment.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irving, TX.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
