Wilmington, United States | Posted on 09/03/2026 The ideal candidate will have strong experience inJavaJ2EE, PySpark/Spark, AWS services, and Agile deliveryand a provenability todesign, build, and operate resilient ETL and streaming datapipelines in cloud environments.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test,deploy, maintain, and improve Java J2EE and data pipeline solutions.
Build and support ETLand streaming pipelines using PySpark/Spark.
Leverage AWS servicesincluding SQS, Lambda, S3, and RDS for application and data workflows.
Apply Agile practicesand participate in ceremonies to deliver incremental value.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Java J2EEapplication development and common design techniques.
Extensive hands-onexperience with PySpark/Spark and ETL/streaming pipelines.
Experience with AWSservices such as SQS, Lambda, S3, and RDS.
Advanced proficiency inone or more languages such as Python or Java.
Understanding of CI/CD,TDD, cloud development, application resiliency, and security.
Working knowledge acrosssoftware engineering disciplines including analysis, development, testing,deployment, and maintenance.
5+ years of appliedsoftware engineering experience with relevant training or certification.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Shellscripting on Unix systems.
Proficiency withTerraform for infrastructure as code.
Familiarity with modernLLM techniques and practical LLM use case development on OpenAI Azure.
