We are seeking a motivated Account Executive to complete our comprehensive training program and establish a robust portfolio of client accounts. Following a foundational training period, the Account Executive will execute strategic outbound outreach to expand their client base.

Responsibilities

Trained in our various loan programs and the loan process

Daily outreach to potential clients

Manage a pipeline of loans while juggling other responsibilities

Maintain client relationships through constant communication and meetings

Track, analyze, and present personal efforts to increase partnerships and production

Stay updated with changes in regulation, macroeconomics, and housing market trends to understand the industry

Understand our competition and how we stand against competitors

Provide feedback to management on how the company can improve workflow, pricing, and competitive standing

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Demonstrated interest in real estate, mortgage, or finance-related topics

Coachable, Motivated, and Adaptable

Pay: $4,500/month base salary ($54,000 annually) + $15,000 - $20,000 in potential on-target earnings (OTE) annually.
