Information Technology Manager

We are currently hiring for an experienced Information Technology Manager to join our team in Los Angeles As an IT Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our companys technology infrastructure and ensuring its smooth operation This role requires a strong background in IT management and a deep understanding of various systems networks and applications

Responsibilities Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure smooth and secure operations

Oversee the maintenance and upgrades of existing systems networks and applications

Manage the budget for technology expenses and make recommendations for cost-effective solutions

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure the company remains competitive

Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for their integration into the companys infrastructure

Lead a team of IT professionals providing guidance training and support as needed

Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management

Proven experience managing complex technical projects

Strong knowledge of various operating systems databases networks and security protocols

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Excellent communication skills

Preferred Experience working in a multicultural environment

Knowledge of Malayalam or Nepali language

Salary $1300 per month
