Job Description

Capital One is seeking a Lead Software Engineer, Backend (IC) to lead a portfolio of complex backend projects. You will mentor engineers, drive distributed microservices, and build cloud-based solutions across AWS, databases, and open-source tech. You will work with Java, Python, SQL, Node.js, Go, Docker and Kubernetes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a focus on financial empowerment for customers.
