PaulsCorp is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multifamily residential construction from preconstruction through closeout. You will coordinate scope, schedules, procurement, and subcontractors to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
You will partner with the Senior PM and Superintendent, manage documentation, change orders, and project controls, and contribute to cost performance and quality standards across Colorado-based assignments.
