Overview:

A leading general contractor active in the Raleigh market is seeking a skilled Superintendent to manage daily on-site operations for commercial and multifamily construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong field experience, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through final punch

Manage subcontractors and ensure adherence to plans, specs, safety protocols, and schedule

Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, and inspectors to ensure work meets quality and regulatory standards

Maintain daily reports, logs, and project documentation

Lead jobsite safety meetings and enforce OSHA compliance

Identify and resolve field issues quickly to avoid delays

Qualifications:

5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial and/or multifamily construction

Experience managing ground-up projects valued at $5M–$50M+

In-depth knowledge of construction plans, documents, and building codes

Strong leadership and communication skills

Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling tools preferred

OSHA 30 certification required
