We have a long-term-oriented, patient capital structure, prepared to fund a multi-decade journey to improve healthcare in the DMV.Position SummaryWe're looking for a senior full-stack engineer to help build the software behind Sandbar's health plan — across our broker platform, our member app, and the internal tooling we use to ship AI features. Your work will make an impact by designing systems that improve healthcare for patients and create better health benefit solutions for employers. We're a small team, so whoever takes this on owns real features end to end.
