Analyst, Project Manager – Technology Protection

Serve as a key member of a small team supporting a Senior Executive body on technology protection-related matters

Provide expertise and ideas to team members and senior Department of War leaders in developing and implementing strategies to protect critical technology data

Support high-ranking Department of War Senior Executives and interact with other Senior Executives, Flag/General Officers, and support staffs

Analyze and provide recommendations on the full spectrum of Department of War technology protection-related matters, from research through capability deployment/employment

Coordinate with technology protection community representatives across the full capability lifecycle

Compare, analyze, and evaluate the relative merits of program activities and alternatives

Prepare reports and briefs summarizing formal events, commentary, requirements, deficiencies, and investments for programs, systems, and activities

Provide project management and task management expertise to team workflows and topics addressed by the Executive body

Requirements Bachelor's Degree in a relevant area with 5-10 years of experience

Active TS/SCI clearance, with a willingness to submit to a polygraph

U.S. Citizenship Required for the purposes of obtaining/holding a U.S. security clearance

Experience with or real-world exposure to a technology protection-related field or topic, including research security, economic security, cybersecurity, SCRM, or industrial base protection

Experience with DoW or federal government bureaucratic processes

Emerging leader with a bias for action and preference for working collaboratively on small, mission-oriented teams

Experience with problem framing on complex technical issues

Experience with project management processes and tools

Experience or interest in leveraging AI, preferably with working knowledge of a relevant programming language such as Python, R, Ruby, Rust, or Julia

Experience effectively prioritizing personal workload to meet deadlines and work objectives

Proficiency with MS Office Suite and other desktop applications
