It’s the spirit of our people – the passion, commitment, and a great team environment – that makes our company a great place to work. Visa Sponsorship: This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.What we expect… Prepares architectural plans as directed by design managers and assists design managers in construction administration activities.Assists with layout of project and integrates engineering elements into unified design for customer review and approval.Prepares scale drawings and contract documents for customers, construction personnel, sub-consultants, and design-build subcontractors.May assist design managers in administration, review, and coordination of project submittals.May periodically assist design managers in conducting on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans.Prepares studies and reports.Prepares project designs and plans using computer assisted design software and equipment.Qualifications Who we want…Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 2 to 5 years of experience; or the equivalent combination of both education and experience.Experience designing in Revit is highly preferred and experience producing architectural drawings is required.Basic computer skills including the ability to utilize word processing, spreadsheets, design software and e-mail.Physically present in a Gray office.The new team member should be an energetic, self-motivated individual who enjoys a team environment, as well as a passion for collaboration and professional development.
