Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Maintenance Technician | $30–$35/Hour | 2nd Shift | Overtime Available

Pay: $30.00–$35.00/hour, (Based on Experience)

2nd Shift | Full-Time | Regular

Overtime Available

Weekend Availability Required

Put Your Maintenance Skills to Work! Are you an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician looking for a great opportunity with competitive pay and overtime potential? We’re looking for a self-motivated, reliable Maintenance Technician to keep production equipment and facility systems running safely and efficiently. If you have strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery and facility equipment

Perform emergency and scheduled repairs to minimize equipment downtime

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

Diagnose problems, replace or repair components, test equipment, and make adjustments

Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems

Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders

Perform basic machinist duties as needed

Work with PLCs and VFDs to troubleshoot equipment

Use hand tools, power tools, electrical meters, and material-handling equipment

Perform basic plumbing, carpentry, and general facility maintenance

Identify faulty equipment or unusual operating conditions and report issues to supervision

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Perform other maintenance duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED required

4+ years of manufacturing experience preferred

Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and industrial maintenance skills

Hydraulic troubleshooting and repair experience

Some experience working with PLCs and VFDs

Ability to read equipment manuals and work orders

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Self-motivated, dependable, and safety-minded

Ability to work 2nd shift and weekends

Willingness to participate in training as needed

Electrical Journeyman's License preferred, but not required
