Injection Molding Process Technician

The Injection Molding Process Technician works within a small team of process technicians and mold setters to support production by performing tool changes, startups, and process adjustments on large-tonnage injection molding machines. This role is responsible for maintaining quality standards, optimizing cycle times, and supporting auxiliary equipment and automation systems.

• Perform mold changes on Engel and Krauss Maffei injection molding machines ranging from 770 to 3500 tons.
• Start up injection molding machines using established processes.
• Adjust machine parameters to meet quality, performance, and cycle time standards.
• Set up and start robots using existing programs; perform simple robot program changes as required.
• Perform startup and in-process quality checks.
• Troubleshoot molding, automation, and auxiliary equipment issues to maintain production stability and quality standards.

• Experience working in injection molding as a Process Technician.
• Experience with linear robots.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• RJG or Similar Training
