As openings arise on the team, we’ll reach out to qualified candidates.**Why Join Air Products?**At Air Products, you’ll be part of a culture where every voice matters and employees are supported to grow and succeed.**What We Offer:*** Affordable medical, dental, and vision insurance available **day one** of employment* 401(k) retirement savings plan with immediate vesting of company match and core contributions* Paid vacation, holidays, and sick time* Paid parental leave* Adoption assistance* Flexible Spending Accounts (medical, dependent daycare)* Health Savings Account* Life Insurance (AD&D), Supplemental AD&D**What You’ll Do:**As a Materials Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring materials and parts flow efficiently to support operations:* Pick and prepare parts accurately for shipment* Process material reservations and Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) in SAP* Monitor shared inbox for urgent and priority requests* Coordinate same-day and emergency shipments* Receive, label, and accurately stock material* Support Shipping & Receiving operations (cross-trained role)* Operate material handling equipment safely* Maintain readiness to support critical needs, including on-call rotation**What You Bring / Qualifications:*** High school diploma or equivalent* 2–5 years of material handling or logistics experience preferred* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)* SAP experience is a plus* Ability to lift/move materials up to 50 lbs.* Strong organizational and time management skills* Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset* Forklift certification (or ability to obtain shortly after hire) This is a safety-sensitive, plant-based role.**Location & Work Environment*** Located within convenient commuting distance of downtown Pittsburgh* On-call rotation required once fully independentAir Products proudly values the skills, dedication, and leadership that Veterans offer.
