Implementation Lead - Remote through 1/31/2026 with likely extension Video interview $60/hr. on C2C Visa: Any but No H1B & OPT-CPT's find an implementation lead who is been involved in every part of an implementation. Desired Qualifications: Transformation Experience: Proven track record leading large-scale loan-platform or core-system conversions-ideally within financial services. Implementation Expertise: Hands-on experience planning and executing multi-team deployments, including mock-go-lives and cutovers. Project Leadership: Exceptional organizational skills, with strong command of project-management best practices (PMP, Agile/SAFe). Collaboration & Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication; ability to build trust across business, technical, and operations teams. Technical Aptitude: Comfortable coordinating infrastructure, data-migration, and integration activities-though this is a leadership-focused role.
