Currently partnered with a growing clean energy company that is looking to add a Mechanical Design Engineer — Site Integration to their team.
The role is focused on site-level mechanical design and integration between internal engineering and real-world installation environments.
The role focuses on:
Translating internal mechanical designs into site-ready layouts
Supporting installation planning and site integration (piping, routing, component placement)
Working with civil/site engineers and engineers of record to ensure feasibility and compliance
Navigating site constraints including foundations, local codes, and certifications
Acting as the technical bridge between engineering, project teams, and external partners
They’re specifically looking for someone with strong site-level mechanical integration experience — someone who understands how designs translate into buildable, installable systems in the field.
Compensation is ~ $120K–$150K base , with flexibility depending on experience.
The Position is on site in South Windsor, CT.
