Job Description

Scientific Safety Alliance in Carrollton, TX, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to keep the laboratory's business operations running smoothly. This on-site role owns invoicing, purchasing, and day-to-day office administration, and serves as the first point of contact for customers.

You will work closely with lab staff and the Office Operations Manager to ensure accuracy, timely responses, and audit-ready records, while supporting onboarding and ad hoc projects.
