We are seeking a Telecom & Security Construction Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of security, telecom, and low-voltage systems for large-scale semiconductor and high-tech construction projects. This role will oversee subcontractors, field operations, safety, quality, scheduling, commissioning, and project delivery from preconstruction through turnover.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 5+ years of construction management experience supporting telecom, low-voltage, security, or electrical systems.
Experience on semiconductor, industrial, mission-critical, data center, or high-tech manufacturing projects.
Strong experience with: Security Systems (Access Control, CCTV, Video Surveillance), RFID Systems, Fiber Optic Infrastructure, Cat6 Structured Cabling, DAS (Distributed Antenna Systems), ERCCS Systems, Gas Detection Systems
Experience managing subcontractors, field installation teams, commissioning, QA/QC, and project schedules.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals.
Proficiency with Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Procore, Primavera P6, or similar construction management tools.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
