Software Engineer

Job Description

Software EngineerSUVI Global Services is looking for a Software Engineer to support IT across all DoD OIG networks. To join our team of outstanding professionals, apply today! Responsibilities include supporting the design, development, modernization, and sustainment of secure applications across DoD OIG's hybrid IT environments. Implement cloud-native and cloud-agnostic solutions, supporting application re-hosting, re-factoring, and re-architecting efforts as part of cloud migration and modernization initiatives. Develop and maintain secure, scalable code using Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps practices, ensuring compliance with DoD cybersecurity and RMF standards. Perform unit and integration testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and contribute to the development of technical documentation, user guides, and training materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including cybersecurity, infrastructure, and database administrators to ensure seamless deployment and operational continuity.Active Secret security clearance.Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.Minimum 6-8 years IT experience.IAT Level II certification.Extensive experience with Customer Relationship Managment (CRM) systems.Experience with DefenseReady and Defense Case Activity Tracking System (DCATS).Experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, and secure coding practices in multi-domain environments is essential.Preferred major in Information Technology.Experience with the CaseWare.Preferred: Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals; Certified Secure Software Lifecycle.
