Construction Project Manager

Promera is ISO 9001:2015 certified, demonstrating our commitment to service excellence and operational efficiency.The Project Manager is responsible for managing the execution of contracted services for sub-contractor on large active construction site.What You'll Work OnPerforming duties of manger, superintendent, and/or technician, as neededEstablishing daily production goals based on overall planManaging and assisting in all work daily - Crew size varies from 4 to 8 staffInterface with general contractor, other trades, vendors, and home officeConducting weekly tool box talksGenerate and manage daily and weekly work reportsOther duties as assigned or requiredQualifications3+ years experience supervising crew is required.Previous experience in a similar position with focus on crew management is required.Construction Project experience is preferred.OSHA-10 required, OSHA-30 preferred.Attention to detail is a must.Reliable vehicle.Ability to read blueprints - familiarize with site and building names.Strong communication skills required.
